I had a firm sell/buy/move date and it was met while still getting what I believe to be the best deal possible both with selling my house and buying the new one. In the process, pretty much everything that could go wrong, went wrong (at no fault of the realty team whatsoever) and the team handled it in stride. It was so nice to have people on my side guiding me through the mess and things done.
